IMPORTANT NOTE:
The ECAM DSC machine is different from the one described in
Macrogalleria. Our DSC consists on a furnace that heats both the sample and the reference
pan at the same rate. Then, the evolution of the HEAT is plotted. But the Macrogalleria
explanation of the DSC general principles is still OK and very pedagogical.
